Japanese Washi eggs ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED $30 per person age 10 - adult
w/Linda Hupert of Parma, Ohio
Murtle the Turtle will be made from two parts of a goose egg and is elegant with her rhinestone and glossy black shell. She bobbles her head and swishes her tail! On her head she wears a fancy rose and ribbon. Easter bonnet is optional.
Washi eggs are created utilizing delicate, beautifully-patterned, decorative papers that traditionally are used in many Japanese crafts. One begins with a hollowed-out egg and the papers are applied to the egg. In this class you will be given papers for up to 8 eggs and decorate two eggs within the time allowed. The additional papers may be taken with and applied at home to other eggs.
